L: (between 100 and 10000)

Parameter L, window length (or length of time series lag) for decomposition.

r: (between 0 and 100)

Number of first eigen components to use for decomposition and forecasting.

Days: (between 10 and 3650)

Length of forecast being generated.

Base period in years: (between 5 and 20)

Base period is a period of time preceding to the forecast which, based on which the forecast will be generated.
